About This Policy
Fastek Payment Solutions Inc. operates the FASTEK Sales Workspace. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you sign in, use workspace features, or contact us about privacy.
The workspace supports provider pricing, reference data, operating-expense configuration and revenue estimates. It does not process payment transactions or collect payment-card numbers through these features.
Information We Handle
- Account information: your name, username, email address and verified-email status, along with the optional job position and profile picture you provide in Profile Settings.
- Access information: your account status, assigned roles, linked identity and session records.
- Workspace activity: changes you make, the user responsible, timestamps, reasons, outcomes and relevant before/after values recorded in Audit History.
- Technical records: request identifiers, operation timings, errors and security events used to operate and troubleshoot the service.
- Privacy correspondence: information you provide when requesting assistance or exercising your rights.
Revenue Calculator inputs are used for the current estimate and are not saved as calculator records. Please avoid entering unnecessary personal information in names, descriptions or change reasons.
How We Use Information
We use account and activity information to authenticate users, administer access, provide workspace features, maintain pricing history, investigate errors and support security and accountability. Information may also be processed to meet applicable contractual or legal obligations and respond to privacy requests.
Access and Service Providers
Access within the workspace depends on assigned roles. Authorized administrators manage user access, and authorized audit users can review recorded activity. Identity and hosting services process information as needed to operate the workspace.
Any additional disclosure, including to advisers or public authorities, must have an appropriate lawful basis. Contact us for details about the service providers and hosting arrangements applicable to your workspace.
Cookies and Preferences
The application uses session cookies to keep you signed in and support authentication. A theme cookie and browser storage remember your light or dark appearance preference. The current application does not include advertising trackers or analytics integrations.
You can manage cookies and local storage in your browser. Blocking authentication cookies may prevent sign-in; clearing appearance preferences resets the saved theme.
Keeping Information
Retention periods are determined by Fastek’s applicable business, contractual and legal requirements. Signing out or disabling an account does not delete stored account or activity records. Audit History is protected against editing and deletion within the application.
Identity-service records, operational logs and backups follow the retention arrangements for the deployed service. Contact us to ask about applicable retention periods or request a review of information that is no longer needed.
Security
Centralized sign-in, role-based access and audit records help protect the workspace and make changes attributable. Access to stored information should be limited to authorized personnel and service providers. Report suspected unauthorized access or disclosure through the contact details below.
Your Privacy Rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may request access, correction, objection, erasure or blocking, and data portability where applicable. You may also raise a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
